  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days, depending on your city and courier service.

  • Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly mentioned at checkout or shared during order confirmation.

  • Shipping charges may vary based on location, weight, and order size.

  • Any promotional free shipping offers are subject to terms and conditions.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in selected cities across Pakistan.

  • Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

  • Refusal of COD orders without a valid reason may result in future order restrictions.


6. Courier Services

  • We use reliable third-party courier companies to deliver orders.

  • Once the order is dispatched, CoolBell is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

  • Tracking details will be shared when available.


7. Address & Contact Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and active contact number.

  • CoolBell is not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address details.


8. Failed or Returned Deliveries

  • If an order is returned due to:

    • Incorrect address

    • Customer unavailability

    • Refusal to accept delivery
      the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.


9. Damaged Shipments

  • If your parcel is received in a damaged condition, please:

    • Record a video while opening the parcel

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof

  • Claims made without evidence may not be accepted.


10. Wholesale / Carton Orders

  • Delivery timelines and shipping charges for wholesale or carton-based orders may differ.

  • Such terms will be shared and agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
