1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging

❌ Returns are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or wrong selection by the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or mishandled products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Clearance or discounted items (if mentioned at the time of sale)

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share your order number, clear photos/videos, and a brief explanation

  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 working days

If approved, return instructions will be provided.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), CoolBell will bear the return shipping cost

  • For any other approved reason, return shipping will be paid by the customer

5. Refund Policy

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds will be issued via:

    • Bank Transfer

    • JazzCash / EasyPaisa

    • Store Credit (if preferred)

💳 For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank or wallet transfer only

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only applicable for defective or incorrectly delivered products

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • If the same product is unavailable, a refund or alternative product will be offered

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

8. Important Notes

  • Slight color variations due to screen differences are not considered defects

  • CoolBell reserves the right to approve or reject return and refund requests based on this policy
